The HMC830 is a low-noise, wideband phase-locked loop (PLL), integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with a fundamental frequency ranges of 1500 MHz-3000 MHz, and an integrated VCO output divider (1/ 2/4/6.../60/62 frequency division), together supporting the HMC830 to produce frequencies in the ranges of 25 MHz to 3000 MHz. The integrated phase detector (PD) and modulator can operate at frequencies up to 100 MHz, achieving a wider loop bandwidth and outstanding spectral performance.
