Q1. Why the Paper Cutter Does't Cut the Paper?
A: The blade of the cutter is hidden in the cutter head when not in use. When in use, the cutter head needs to be pressed down hard to reveal the blade. If you don't press the cutter head and the blade is not exposed, you can't cut.
