STROBE LIGHT MODES:
Each panel consist of 4 LED. This Strobe light unit consist of 2 panels for a total of 8 LED. The different flash modes are described at the bottom with a sample     video of the different strobe modes on a 4 panel unit.
   Mode 1- Flashes between panel one and two
   Mode 2- Flashes both panel at the same time
   Mode 3- Scans the lights from right panel to left
   Mode 4- scans the lights from left panel to right
   Mode 5- Strobes between panel one and two a few times then strobes all lights
   Mode 6- Strobe all panel at the same time
   Mode 7- All LED lights stay on
